 Makiling Ensemble to Release CD

The Makiling Ensemble will start recording on the 17th of July to produce an independent CD album of 10 cuts.  The album is set to be launched sometime in September 2000.

The album will feature nine instrumental tracks and one song, all original compositions of Makiling Ensemble.

The album will also be co-produced by Joel Cruz and Byron Cristobal who are also co-musicians as well.

After recording the album, the ensemble plans to go on a tour of local school campuses to promote their album.
